LAS VEGAS – The Wildcats wrapped up their second day of competition at the Rebel Invitational in Las Vegas, Nev. On Nov. 11.

In doubles, Chypyha/Wesbrooks won over Lo Pumo/Buhr (GCU) 8-6. Heynemans/Thomas fell 8-4 to Rinaldi/Occhipinti of GCU.

In singles, Heynemans fell to UNLV's Izumi Asano 6-2, 6-2. Thomas also fell to Tayla Stenta of NCSU in a 6-4, 6-2. In the singles consolation, Chypyha won 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 over Eva Paalma of TAMU. Wesbrooks also won over Celina Buhr (GCU) 6-3, 6-1.

Chypyha/Wesbrooks will face Bridges/Moldovan of NCSU in the #1 Doubles Draw consolation final match. Heynemans/Thomas are set to play TAMU's Faa Hviding/Taylor in the #2 Doubles Draw third place final. Matches are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. MST

In the #1 Singles Draw, Chypyha will play NC State's Adriana Reami in the consolation final. In the #2 Singles Draw, Wesbrooks is scheduled to battle Ena Babic of Purdue in the consolation final. In the #3 Singles Draw, Heynemans will Emilia Occhipinti of GCU in the third place final match. In the #4 Singles Draw, Thomas will play the third place final match against Purdue's Zala Donvik. Match play is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. MST.
