Tucson, ARIZ. - The Collegiate Triathlon Coaches Association (CTCA) announced the 2024 Coaches Preseason Poll, and Arizona secured the No.2 position on the list entering their second season of competition.

Last year, the Wildcats completed their competitive season in fifth place at the Collegiate Triathlon National Championship. The Cats completed the competition led by Laura Holánszky,
Lydia Russell, and Dana Prikrylová inside the top 20 and
Kelly Lyn Wetteland and Molly Lakustiak in the top 50.
This season also brings to Arizona one of the top ranked recruiting classes with freshmen from all around the world. These new additions to the Wildcat family are
Sara Crociani,
Ruth Pardy,
Anika Visser,
Margareta Vrablova,
Mia Wentzy, and
Ellison Wolfe.
Arizona will begin their journey through the new season this Saturday, August 31 at the Southern Hills Collegiate Cup in Hot Springs, S.D.
