PALO ALTO, Calif. - The Arizona women's golf team trimmed two shots off its first round total to hold onto 4th place at the 2009 Pac-10 Championships, Saturday afternoon at the Stanford Golf Course.

The Wildcats shot 296 on the day after tallying a team score of 298 on Friday to sit at +26 overall, two shots ahead of Stanford.

Freshman Nikki Koller led the way for the Wildcats with a 1-over round over 72 and sits tied for 17th place at +6 for the tournament. Sophomore Alejandra Llaneza is also at 6-over after her second-straight round of 74 while Isabelle Boineau leads the Wildcats at 5-over after carding a 73 on Saturday.

Koller carded a trio of birdies on the day, but saw what would have been a sub-par round undone by a triple bogey on the 10th hole. Still, Koller played the par 5 holes at 2-under while also birdied the par-3 17th hole.

Senior Amanda Wilson finished the day with a round of 77 while freshman Margarita Ramos shot 78 on the day. Ramos is tied for 28th position overall while Wilson sits alone in 38th place.

Four players share the individual lead at 1-under par, three of them from team-leader Arizona State. The Sundevils were 3-under on the day and hold a 5-shot lead over UCLA at 6-over par. USC is in third place at 15-over.

The final round of the tournament tees off on Sunday morning with Wilson leading the way for the Wildcats on the first tee at 7:30 a.m.
