INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Arizona women's swimming & diving team will have 14 swimmers competing this week at the 2013 NCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championships, which runs Thursday-Saturday at the IUPUI Natatorium in downtown Indianapolis. The meet is hosted by IUPUI and the Indiana Sports Commission.
Preliminaries begin each day at 11 a.m. ET with finals slated for a 7 p.m. ET start. ESPN3.com will carry a live broadcast of the finals sessions on Friday and Saturday. ESPNU will air a tape-delayed telecast on Wednesday, April 10 at 7 p.m. ET.
Live results will be available at NCAA.com. In addition, fans can follow @ArizonaSwimming on Twitter for updates throughout the week.
LAST YEAR'S NCAA CHAMPIONSHIPS
The women traveled across the country to Auburn, Ala. with a team of 11, all of whom contributed in scoring points for the Wildcats. Overall, the women placed fifth, all of the relay teams posted top-four finishes, four individuals recorded six top-five races and the team garnered 11 All-American honors. Margo Geer did recorded a new school record in the 100 free, posted a runner-up finish in the 50 free and earned a team-high seven All-America honors.
