Q: Who is your favorite gymnast?
A: My favorite gymnast is Kerri Strug because of her historical one footed vault landing in the1996 Olympics. This showed her commitment to the sport and her team and I've always looked up and aspired to have the same motives that she has.
Q: What is your favorite event and why?
A: Floor is my favorite event because you can be sassy and powerful at the same time! Performing in front of the audience gives me such a thrill and showing off is what gymnasts do best.
Q: What made U of A stand out when you were being recruited?
A: The family environment really stood out to me. The dynamic between the coaches and team made me realize that I could fit in and really excel in the program.
Q: What is fun and special about collegiate gymnastics?
A: It's finally a team sport! It's so fun working together and having that cohesiveness makes being part of this program and sport so much more enjoyable.
Q: Who is your celebrity crush?
A: Zac Efron is my celebrity crush. I always thought it was cool that he's Jewish like me!
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you want to go and why?
A: I would travel to Australia! I have family there, but I have never been!
Q: If you could be any animal what would you be and why?
A: I would probably be a dog because they live such easy lives and I would still be able to be around humans!
Q: What are your hobbies outside of gymnastics?
A: I love doing makeup and going shopping. I also really love photography.
Q: If you weren't doing gymnastics what sport would you want to play?
A: I would probably do dance, I used dance when I was younger!
Q: If you could have any superpower what would it be?
A: I would love to be able to fly. I would never have to pay for gas!
