Mobile Ticketing

  • Purchase tickets to Arizona Athletics sporting events using mobile ticketing and then use your smart phone as your ticket by choosing mobile delivery!
    • iPhone users will receive an e-mail with a Passbook file, which can then be added to the users' iPhone Passbook app.
    • Android users will receive an e-mail with a PDF attachment. Open the PDF on your Android device and present it at the entrance to be scanned.
    • Mobile delivery is only available for iPhone and Android devices.
  • Mobile ticketing is the most convenient and cost-effective method to purchase single-game tickets to an Arizona Athletics event.
    • The per order fee for the print at home delivery method is also $3, but when you factor in paper and ink costs, fans are saving more with mobile ticketing.
  • Mobile ticketing is available for all Arizona Athletics ticket events and mobile delivery is available for all events with the exception of track and field.
  • Mobile ticketing is only available prior to the event starting. Once the event has started, online ticket sales and delivery are no longer available.
  • SPECIAL OFFER: Arizona Athletics is looking to educate and encourage fans to use the mobile delivery feature with a special offer.
    • Delivery fees will be waived for fans who purchase tickets to any Pac-12 baseball and/or softball games when choosing mobile delivery.
      • Normally a $3 per order fee.

  1. Open Internet Browser on your smartphone.
  2. Type ArizonaWildcats.com/(enter your sport)
    1. Baseball - /BBtix
    2. Men's Basketball - /MBBtix
    3. Women's Basketball - /WBBtix
    4. Football - /FBtix
    5. Gymnastics - /GYMtix
    6. Softball- /SBtix
    7. Volleyball- /VBtix
  3. Select the game you wish to attend, use the drop down menu to enter ticket quantity and press “Add to Cart.”
  4. Enter the word code (case sensitive) for security purposes then press continue.
  5. The Shopping Cart screen will now be displayed. Select your Delivery Method (Print at Home, Mobile Delivery, Apple iPhone Passbook, Will Call).
  6. After pressing “Done,” Scroll down and press “Checkout.”
  7. After pressing “Checkout,” an account login screen will be next.  Scroll down and press “Register Now” below “First Time Customer?" Section to create a new account:
    1. Complete new customer login information. At end of screen, press “Submit.”
    2. If you are a returning customer, log in with your e-mail and account password.
  8. At this point, you are now logged into your account it is time to pay for your tickets.  Scroll down to enter payment information.
  9. Enter Credit Card information. 
  10. Scroll down, press blank box next to “I agree” to consent for payment.  Press “Submit Payment.”

Mobile Delivery can be used for all transactions

  1. Purchase tickets via mobile ticketing or through your desktop computer.
  2. After placing order look for “Select Delivery Method.”  Select “Mobile Delivery” or “Apple iPhone Passbook.”  Press “Done.”
  3. See steps No. 7-11 from How To Purchase Using Mobile Ticketing.
  4. You will receive two emails from “catsinfo@arizona.edu” confirming your purchase.
    1. One email will have your ticket purchase confirmation, the second will be your barcode to download to Passbook for iPhone users or a PDF attachment for Android users.
  5. Open your ticket via Passbook or the PDF attachment and present at the facility entrance.

Q: How do my guests get in if I want to put the tickets on my phone?

A: There will be a page for each ticket purchased per transaction. If you purchased four tickets and selected mobile delivery, the ticket taker will scroll and scan each page on your mobile device.

Q: Do I have to print my ticket?

A: There is no need to print tickets when you have selected mobile delivery. Just open the PDF or iPhone Passbook file on your mobile device.

Q: I tried to select mobile delivery, but it's not listed as an option.

A: Mobile delivery is no longer available once the event starts.

Q: It says the charge for mobile delivery is $3, is that $3 per ticket or per order?

A: Mobile delivery charges are $3 per order.

Q: Do I need to have a smart phone to use mobile ticketing?

A: Any device or computer can be used to purchase tickets online, but to use the mobile delivery option you must have an Apple iPhone or Android device.

Q: What happens if I select mobile delivery, but I don't have an iPhone or Android device?

A: Fans who have selected the wrong delivery option will need to come to the box office to have tickets reprinted. There is a $10 per ticket fee to have tickets reprinted on the day of the event. To avoid paying a $10 fee, contact catsinfo@arizona.edu before the day of the event and explain your situation.
