Arizona Athletics

Wildcat student athletes enjoy a rare opportunity to be mentored and guided by the best coaches and teachers in the NCAA.
The Wildcats' success over the years in softball and baseball - a combined nine NCAA titles - and the program's 1997 NCAA Championship in men's basketball underscore the level of competitiveness embraced by all UA sports programs.
Wildcat student-athletes daily cross paths and work side-by-side with national and conference players of the year, Olympic gold medalists, future professional athletes, and academic award winners.

Living in Arizona

Tucson is a thriving metropolis that continues to grow by thousands of residents each month, but it has held fast to its small-town ambience.
Southern Arizona is renowned for its superb weather. Warm and sunny throughout most of the year, the air is remarkably dry, with a low relative humidity.
The Sonoran Desert provides a unique setting not to be found anywhere else in the world. Far from the Saharan sand dunes that most first-time visitors expect, the desert boasts a wide range of wildlife, vegetation, and great mountain views.
