TUCSON, Ariz. – University of Arizona women's golf moved up to third place after round two of the Pac-12 Championships on Tuesday. Hosted by Colorado at Boulder Country Club, play will conclude with Wednesday's third round.
Oregon and UCLA share the team lead with scores of 573 (+5). Arizona rounds out the top three after shooting the field's lowest score of the day, a 282 (-2). The Wildcats hold a combined total of 574, just one stroke off the lead. No. 5 Bronte Law of UCLA leads the individual race with a 137 (-5).
Junior Lindsey Weaver shot a four-under round of 67 to move to a tie for third place. She holds a score of 139 (-3). Senior Kendall Prince moved in to the top 10 with a three-under round of 68 on Tuesday. She sits in a tie for eighth place with a 142 (E).
Sophomore Wanasa Zhou and freshman Krystal Quihuis share a tie for 29th place with scores of 149 (+7). Zhou holds rounds of 77 and 72 while Quihuis shot a 74 and 75. Senior Manon Gidali rounds out the Arizona five in a tie for 32nd place with a 150 (+8).
Play at the Pac-12 Championships will resume at 9 a.m. MST on Wednesday. Arizona is paired with Washington for the final round of play and will tee at 9:40 a.m.
