Using Return Tickets
Q: What is “Return Tickets”?
A: “Return Tickets” is a feature that allows you to return tickets you can't use in exchange
for Experience Credit that can be used to purchase VIP experiences, seat upgrades, or
additional tickets at a future game.

Q: How do I return my tickets for Experience Credit?
A: On your iPhone or Android device, go to arizonawildcats.com/fluidtickets, select an
upcoming game, and login with the email address tied to your Season Ticket Holder
account. At that point, you'll be able to select Return Tickets to return your tickets for
Experience credit.

Q: How many times can I use “Return Tickets” to return my tickets?
A: You can use the “Return Tickets” feature 10 times throughout the course of the regular
season.

Q: How does credit amount get determined?
A: The value of the tickets you select to return is equal to your ticket price for that game
ticket.

Q: When do I have to return my seats in order to receive credit?
A: For games you can't attend, tickets may be turned in up until the start of the game for
each designated game. Once the game has started, the Return Tickets feature will not be
available.

Q: What happens to my original seats?
A: Your original seats are returned to the team and may be used by other fans who are
upgrading their seats during the game.

Q: Can I sell my tickets on the secondary market after selecting “Return Tickets”?
A: No, your barcodes will be invalid.

Q: I used “Return Tickets,” but then decided I can attend the event. Can I cancel my
exchange and get my original seats back?
A: No. All transactions are final.

Q: If I only plan on using two of my four seats for a given game, can I return the other
two seats?
A: Yes, you select which seats are returned.

Q: Can I return games over the phone or through email?
A: No. You may only return games on your iPhone or Android device by going to
arizonawildcats.com/fluidtickets.

Q: Where can I view my credit balance?
A: You can view your current Experience Credit balance in the Profile section of the
application.

Q: Will my original tickets/barcodes work once I have selected “Return Tickets”?
A: No.

Q: Once I've returned my tickets, how do I use my Experience Credit to purchase a
seat upgrade, VIP experience, or additional tickets?
A: Go to arizonawildcats.com/fluidtickets on your iPhone or Android and login using your
Season Ticket Holder email address. Select your upcoming game by clicking on the calendar
icon in the top right corner, then select Browse under Experience Upgrades. Select your VIP
experience or seat upgrade and your Experience Credit will automatically be applied to the
purchase.

Q: Can I redeem Experience Credit for cash value?
A: No.

Using Add Tickets
Q: What is “Add Tickets”?
A: Add Tickets is a new mobile feature that allows season ticket holders to add on
additional seats for a future game when seats are available.

Q: When can I use the Add Tickets feature?
A: You can use the Add Tickets feature at any time during the season, for any game where
you hold valid season tickets. Opportunities to use Add Tickets are always dependent on
seat availability.

Q: Where will my new seats be located?
A: The system will look for seats closest to your current seat location. The best available
seats for your group size may be in another section or level, but you can always decline the
new seats or search for seats in another section of the venue.

Q: Can I buy additional seats for my friends, but keep my original seats?
A: Yes, you have the option to trade in your seats so the entire group can sit together or
purchase additional seats for your friends and keep your original seats.
Purchasing through Add Tickets

Q: How much does it cost to buy the additional seats?
A: You'll pay the difference between the total cost of your original seats and the total cost of
your new seats.

Q: Can I purchase additional seats using a credit card?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I purchase additional seats using Experience Credit stored on my account?
A: Yes.

Getting to Your Seats
Q: What do I show to the section usher?
A: Your new seat locations and barcodes are stored in the 'Seats' section of
arizonawildcats.com/fluidtickets on your mobile device. The section usher may ask you to
press the Staff Validation button to verify your seats.

Q: What happens to my original seats?
A: Your original seats are returned to the team and may be used by other fans who are
upgrading their seats during the game.

Q: Can I purchase a seat upgrade after choosing to Add Tickets?
A: Yes. You can purchase seat upgrades at any time by clicking 'Browse' in the application
to view available inventory.

Q: Can I purchase additional seats using partial Experience Credit and partial credit
card payment?
A: Yes. The Experience Credit will be applied on the checkout screen.

Q: How can I earn Experience Credit?
A: Experience Credit is offered for any seats that are exchanged using the Return Tickets
feature. On your iPhone or Android device, go to arizonawildcats.com/fluidtickets, select an
upcoming game, and login with the email address tied to your Season Ticket Holder
account. At that point, you'll be able to select Return Tickets to return your tickets for
Experience credit.
