Haley Moore in First After Round Two of Golfweek Conference Challenge

The University of Arizona women's golf team completed the second round of play at the Golfweek Conference Challenge on Tuesday at Red Sky Golf Club in Wolcott, Colo. The Cats shot a 1-under par round of 287 on the day to put them in second place at 11-over and four shots behind Denver heading into the final round.
Junior Haley Moore shot her career low round with an 8-under par round of 64. She leads the tournament at 6-under par and by two strokes over Mary Weinstein of Denver. Moore totaled seven birdies, an eagle, and only one bogey in her second round of play.
Junior Gigi Stoll shot a 1-over par round of 73 and is tied for 28th place. Senior Krystal Quihuis is in a tie for 54th place at 9-over par after carding a round of 74 (+2) in her second round. Junior Bianca Pagdanganan is tied for 39th place at 7-over par for the tournament after shooting a 79 (+7). Freshmen Cecilie Bofill posted a round of 74 (+2) and is currently tied for 58th place.
The Cats will tee off third round play on Wednesday morning beginning at 9 a.m. in a shotgun start.
