Arizona Releases 2019 Gymnastics Schedule

"We are excited to reveal the 2019 competition schedule," said head coach John Court. "Each week, the team will be challenged by Pac- 12 and non-conference teams from all over the country. This is a nationally competitive schedule and we hope to improve our performances each time we come to play."
The GymCats first home meet of the season will be against Arkansas (Jan. 12). This will kick off an exciting home season where Arizona will compete against Washington (Jan. 18), California (Jan. 26), Oregon State (Feb. 8) and LSU (March 15). Seniors Haylie Hendrickson and Danielle Spencer will be celebrated during their senior night meet which will be March 15 against LSU.
The 2019 season will begin on the road with a quad meet against Central Michigan, University of Illinois and Bridgeport on January 6. We will then face Utah (Feb. 1), UCLA (Feb. 16), Stanford (Feb. 24) and Texas Women's University (March 3). The final road competition will be a tri-meet against NC State and George Washington (March 9).
Arizona will have 11 returning gymnasts and are excited to introduce their four new freshmen: Kennedi Davis, Asia Rose DuVernay, MacKinzie Kane and Alivia Kendrick.
The Pac-12 Championships will be held on March 23 at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah. NCAA Regionals will be held on April 6 at college campuses across four cities: Baton Rouge, La., Ann Arbor, Mich., Athens, Ga., and Corvallis, Ore. The 2019 NCAA Championships will be held at Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas on April 19-20.
Season tickets for the 2019 season are on sale now through the University of Arizona Ticket Office. Tickets are available to purchase online at arizonawildcats.com or over the phone at (520) 621-CATS or (800) 452-CATS.
This year's annual Meet the Team event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 2 where fans will have the chance to get to know the 2019 GymCats.
