TUCSON, Ariz.– Arizona Swimming and Diving is partnering with Amazing Grace Organization for the second year in a row. Amazing Grace is an organization that provides those battling cancer with personalized care packages uniquely designed to offer entertainment and comfort throughout the duration of their treatment. Its focus is on maximizing a patient's quality of life by creating positive and uplifting moments that encourage hope and strength. 
 
Our coaching staff will be assigning the student-athletes with a very tough workout on December 31 to honor those fighting cancer. Although it is impossible to emulate the hardships cancer patients experience throughout treatment, the Amazing Grace Organization challenges swim teams across the nation to dedicate a swim in honor of their fight.  Arizona Swimming & Diving has accepted the challenge!
 
On Monday, December 31st, we will dedicate our practice in honor of cancer patients, in celebration of cancer survivors, and in memory of loved ones lost. The team's goal is to raise $1,000 before December 31 to support cancer families and their families.
