BELGRADE, Serbia – Former Arizona Basketball standout
Dusan Ristic has begun his professional career after signing with his hometown club, Red Star Belgrade. Ristic, who graduated in 2018 with a degree in Psychology, played four seasons for the Wildcats from 2014 to 2018.

The 7-footer moved on from the program as its all-time winningest player with 115 career victories, surpassing Matt Muehlebach (1988-91) and Kaleb Tarczewski (2013-16) at 110 wins. Ristic capped his collegiate career with award-filled senior season, which included being a Second Team All-Pac-12 selection and earning a spot on the Pac-12 All-Tournament Team. He became just the 28
th player in UA history to record 1,000 points and 500 rebounds in a career. The Serbian was the Pac-12 Player of the Week in January after averaging 19.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game while shooting a ridiculous 84.2 percent from the field that also included a trio of made three-point field goals in his team's wins over Colorado and Utah in McKale Center.

In four seasons in Tucson, Ristic was a part of teams that earned three Pac-12 regular season titles and won the Pac-12 Tournament three times. The center also received the 2017-18 Tom Hansen Conference Medal from the Pac-12 Conference as Arizona's outstanding senior male student-athlete based on the exhibition of the greatest combination of performance and achievement in scholarship, athletics and leadership.
