TUCSON, Ariz. – The Arizona gymnastics schedule for the 2020 season has been released. Arizona will host six home meets and two meets will be televised on Pac-12 Networks.

John Court said. "Competing in front of 13,000 at LSU, facing teams from the Big 10, Big 12, and other teams that have qualified for last year's Sweet 16 will benefit our student athlete's experience. The Pac-12 is an amazing conference for gymnastics and we look forward to hosting six home meets in McKale and welcoming everyone to Tucson."
The GymCats first home meet of the season will be a quad meet with Western Michigan, Iowa State, and Rutgers (Jan. 11). This will kick off an exciting home season where Arizona will compete against Oregon State (Jan. 25), Utah (Feb. 1), Stanford (Feb. 23), and end the season with a weekend hosting ASU (March 6) and a tri-meet against Ohio State and Bridgeport (March 8). Heather Swanson will be celebrated during their senior night meet which will be March 8 against Ohio State and Bridgeport.
The 2020 season will begin on the road at LSU on January 3. The Cats will then face Sacramento State and Oregon State in a tri-meet (Jan. 17), UCLA (Feb. 9), Washington (Feb. 15) and Cal (March 1). The final road competition will be against Boise State (March 13).
The GymCats will have 12 returning gymnasts and are excited to introduce their seven new freshmen:

Avery Stauffacher.
The Pac-12 Championships will be held on March 21 at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah. NCAA Regionals will be held on April 2-4 at college campuses across four cities: Norman, Okla., Denver, Colo., University Park, Pa., and Los Angeles, Calif. The 2020 NCAA Championships will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas on April 17-18.
Season tickets for the 2020 season are on sale now through the University of Arizona Ticket Office. Tickets are available to purchase online at arizonawildcats.com or over the phone at (520) 621-CATS or (800) 452-CATS.
This year's annual GymCat Showcase event will be held on Friday, Dec. 20 at 6 p.m. where fans will have the chance to get to know the 2020 GymCats.
