TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona Gymnastics has signed four recruits to the 2024 roster, the team announced on Wednesday. The talented class includes Sophie Derr, Ainsley Greever, Sophia Maisel, and Abigayle Martin.

John Court said. "They are fantastic students, athletes and people and it has been great getting to know them in the recruiting process. This incoming class is very passionate about our program, and we look forward to assisting them on their journey to excellence while at Arizona. They are a close group that will join an experienced and committed group of returners next season."
Sophie Derr
Frisco, Texas • WOGA Gymnastics
2022 Season Highs:

- Trained at WOGA Gymnastics for 14 years under coaches Yevgeny Marchenko, Sonia Haiou, and Emmanuel Domingues
- Two-time National qualifier
- Placed second on bars at the 2022 Region 3 Championships
- 2022 Texas state champion on beam
- Finished in third place on vault and the all-around at the 2022 Texas state championship
- 2021 Texas state champion on bars

Ainsley Greever

- Finished in first place on vault and beam, second place in the all-around, and third place on bars at the 2022 Region 5 Championships
- Earned the 2022 Phenom Gymnastics Leadership Award

Coach Court says: "Ainsley will be a future leader in our program. She brings years of successful Level 10 experience from a competitive region. Vault is her strongest event, and she will impact all the events. She is very engaging and has an outgoing personality."
Sophia Maisel
Houston, Texas • World Champions Centre

- Silver medalist in the all-around at the 2022 Texas state championship

- 2022 USA Gymnastics Developmental National participant

- 2021 Level 10 National Champion on beam
- Finished in fourth place in the all-around at the 2021 Level 10 Nationals
- Earned first place on bars and second place on beam and all-around at the 2021 Texas state championship
- Placed third on beam at Region 3 Championship in 2021
