TUCSON, Ariz- Arizona Women's Swimming and Diving falls to UCLA in a close dual with a five point difference and final scores of 147-152.
The Cats started out Saturday's meet leading the Bruins, winning the 200 Medley Relay and taking the top two spots in the 200 Free and 100 Back. After falling in a couple events, it came down to the meet's last two races, the 400 IM and 400 Free Relay. Arizona took the top two spots in the 400 Free Relay, leaving just a five point difference to grab them the win.
Freshman
Emma Kinsey showcased her first-year grit, bringing home two individual wins in the 100 and 200 Fly events.
Despite the outcome, Arizona performed on both the swimming and diving side, with junior
Brooke Earley winning the 1-Meter event.
