SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The University of Arizona announces its practice schedule in preparation for the Valero Alamo Bowl against Oklahoma in San Antonio, Texas.
The Wildcats prepare to face the Sooners in the Valero Alamo Bowl and have announced the following practice times and location.
Sunday, Dec. 24 - 1:30-3:15 p.m. - Trinity University
Monday, Dec. 25 - 12-1:30 p.m. - Trinity University
Tuesday, Dec. 26 - 12:30-2:30 p.m. - Trinity University
Arizona is making their first bowl appearance since 2017 after winning six straight games to close out the regular season. The Wildcats extended win streak, including four wins over ranked opponents, pushed them into the AP Top 25 and the College Football Playoff Top 25, checking in at No. 14 in both polls.
The 2023 Alamo Bowl is the first matchup against Oklahoma in a bowl game and the third contest overall (1-1) between these two teams.
The Wildcats boast one of the top offenses in the nation to go along with the most improved offense in Division I and are seeking their first double-digit win campaign since finishing the 2014 season at 10-4.
Arizona is back in action against Oklahoma on Dec. 28 in the Valero Alamo Bowl at 7:15 p.m. MST on ESPN.
