CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Arizona scored a 196.875 at the Illinois quad meet on Sunday afternoon to place third. Missouri won the meet with a 197.600, Illinois placed second with a 197.275, and Southern Missouri State finished in fourth place with a 192.700.
 
Floor Exercise
Arizona opened the quad meet with a 49.250 on floor. Emily Mueller and Emma Strom led the GymCats with a pair of 9.875s. Elena Deets and Alysen Fears both posted 9.85 and Abigayle Martin rounded out the rotation with a 9.80.  
 
Vault
The GymCats posted a season high 49.325 on vault in the second rotation. Malia Hargrove led the team with a 9.90. Three GymCats – Fears, Martin, and Strom – earned 9.875s. Ainsley Greever scored a 9.80 for Arizona.
 
Uneven Bars
Arizona scored a 48.975 on bars in rotation three. Fears posted a 9.85 to pace the GymCats and Sophie Derr posted a 9.825. Mueller and Hargrove scored a pair of 9.80s and Deets earned a 9.70.
 
Balance Beam
Arizona closed out the meet with a 49.325 on beam. Fears led the team with a 9.90 while Deets, Herry, and Mueller each earned 9.875. Strom scored a 9.80 for Arizona.
