Love Earns Multiple All-American Nods

SALT LAKE CITY - On Wednesday, multiple accredited outlets released their All-American teams for the 2023-24 men's basketball season and Arizona guard Caleb Love was included on all of them.

Love earned Second Team All-American honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) and the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) and third team accolades from the Associated Press and The Sporting News.

He is the third Arizona player in as many seasons under head coach Tommy Lloyd to be named an All-American, joining consensus second team honorees in Bennedict Mathurin (2022) and Azuolas Tubelis (2023).

Love averaged 20.0 points per game in conference play and shot 44.6% from the floor and 37.35 from the 3-point line. He also averaged 4.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game in league play as the Wildcats captured the Pac-12 regular season title by one game over Washington State. He scored a career high 36 points in the win at Oregon and scored 20 or more points 10 times in conference games and made multiple 3-point field goals in 17 out of 20 games against Pac-12 opponents. His 82 made 3-point field goals are one shy of breaking into the top 10 in Arizona history for a single season.

The Wildcats take on Long Beach State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. MST on TBS in Salt Lake City.
