TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona Triathlon won its second straight championship at the 2025 Women's Collegiate National Championship in Tempe, Arizona. The Wildcats took first with 927 points and placed five finishers in the top 10. Senior Kelly Wetteland was crowned the individual national champion for the first time in her career.
This marks the program's second championship in just three years of existence and is Arizona's 24th national championship in history.
Wetteland remained undefeated on the season as she won the individual national championship with a time 1:02:09. Sophomore
Margareta Vrablova crossed the finish line in second place overall with a time of 1:02:19.
Ellison Wolfe took seventh place with her time of 1:03:33 and
Mia Wentzy followed in eighth place with a time of 1:03:42.
Ruth Pardy rounded out the top 10 with a time of 1:03:51 to finished 10th.
Sara Crociani placed 16th with a time of 1:04:11 and Molly Lakustiak finished 18th with a time of 1:04:25.
