Arizona Track & Field Announces 2025-26 Indoor Schedule

TUCSON, Ariz. — Arizona Track & Field has unveiled its 2025–26 indoor slate, featuring nine meets ahead of the Big 12 Indoor Championships in late February. The Wildcats open competition in early December before launching into a full-team January schedule that builds toward postseason action in Fayetteville, Ark.

Arizona enters its first indoor season under Head Coach Andrew Dubs, returning a strong core of conference scorers and NCAA qualifiers. The winter campaign includes stops at several familiar venues as the team continues its progression toward championship readiness.

Early Season Opener (December)

Arizona will send one athlete to the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener on Dec. 6 at Boston University. The meet serves as an early opportunity for qualifying marks, while the rest of the roster officially opens the season after the new year.

January Meets

The Wildcats begin full-squad competition at altitude in Flagstaff before heading into a series of nationally recognized meets.

    • Texas Tech - Lubbock, Texas
  • Jan. 23-24 - MLK Invitational

February Meets

Arizona dives into its heaviest portion of the schedule with a competitive run that includes split-squad weekends and some of the fastest tracks in the country.

  • Feb. 6-7 - New Mexico Collegiate Classic
    • University of New Mexico - Albuquerque, N.M.
  • Feb. 13-14 - Valentine Invitational
    • Boston University - Boston, Mass
  • Feb. 13-14 - Tyson Invitational
    • University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, Ark.

Big 12 Indoor Championships & NCAA Championships

  • Feb. 26-28 - Big 12 Indoor Championships
    • Texas Tech - Lubbock, Texas
  • March 13-14 - NCAA Indoor Championships
    • University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, Ark.

The season culminates on one of the nation's premier stages as Wildcats pursue All-America honors and national podium placements.
