Women's Golf Look to Light Up The Bruin Wave Invitational

Arizona Women's Golf is prepared to take on the Bruin Wave Invitational at Valencia Country Club in California. The Cats have played in this tournament four times but not since the 2013-14 season. The Wildcats ranked 13th in the country are the top ranked team in the field and are competing against three other teams ranked inside the top 35.

Tournament Info
This is the 13th edition of the Bruin Wave Invitational and the first time since they took a three year break. It is being held at Valencia Country Club for the very first time. There will be two rounds played on Monday, February 24th followed by a final round on Tuesday. The tournament boasts multiple LPGA Tour winners, who have claimed the individual title in years past including Danielle Kang, Louise Ridderstrom, and Lilia Vu.

Heading Into The Tournament
The Wildcats are looking for a bounce back tournament after having their worst finish of the season at the Therese Hession Regional Challenge. The Wildcats are now ranked 13th in the nation in the latest rankings by Scoreboard. The Cats look to gain momentum in this tournament to carry over into their home tournament on March 2nd.

The Wildcats are set to begin teeing off at 8:30am MST on Monday.
