Women's Golf Ends Their Season At The NCAA Lubbock Regional

The 2024-25 season for the Arizona Wildcats ends at the NCAA Lubbock Regional. With a 2-over par final round the Cats finished in eighth place.

Julia Misemer shot a 70 after a bogey free and two under final nine. Carolina Melgrati's three birdies and an eagle put her at even par. Charlotte Back and Nena Wongthanavimok both card 74 in the final round. Four Wildcats finished inside the top third but it wasn't enough to make the cut into the next round.

An earlier end than the Cats had hoped for this season but there were so many amazing accomplishments to look back on. The Wildcats picked up three wins in head coach Giovana Maymon's first season. In addition, the WIldcats won the Big 12 Championship in their first season with the conference. Coach Maymon won Big 12 Coach of the Year and Charlotte Back and Carolina Melgrati earned All-Big 12 Honors.
