TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona will compete in the Duel in the Desert against Arizona State in Tucson, Arizona on Saturday morning for the third race of the season. The race is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. MST and will be held at Hillenbrand Aquatics Center. This will be Arizona's first home race ever.
Last Race
Arizona placed second at the Desert's Edge Collegiate Cup last week. The Wildcats totaled of 283 points to take second among eight teams.
Seven Wildcats finished in the top 25 individually withÂ
Kelly Lyn Wetteland taking first with a time of 1:02:48.Â
Mia Wentzy was fifth with a time of 1:04:01.Â
Sara Crociani was 12th with a time of 1:04:27 and Dana Prikrylova placed 15th with a time of 1:05:08. Molly Lakustiak finished 19th with a time of 1:06:17,Â
Ellison Wolfe was 20th with a time of 1:06:17, andÂ
Mia Wentzy placed 23rd with a time of 1:07:01.Â

Fans are welcome to park in Cherry Garage, but they will need to enter via National Championship Dr. Fans are encouraged to park in South Stadium or Stadium surface lots.
Following the Duel in the Desert, Arizona will compete in the NCAA West National Qualifier on Sunday, October 26 in Fort Worth, Texas.
