Wildcats Sit In The Middle of The Pack After Day One of Cabo Collegiate

Arizona Men's Golf opened the Cabo Collegiate with a 4-over par team round and sits in the middle of the pack after day one. The best round for the Wildcats came from Taishi Moto, who fired a 1-under par 70 and is tied for 20th.

Two Wildcats finished at 1-over par on Monday. Filip Jakubcik carded a 72 and is tied for 33rd, while freshman William Wistrand also posted a 72 to sit in the same place. Zach Pollo posted a 74 in the opening round. Tianyi Xiong rounded out the lineup with a 5-over par round.

The Cats will look to climb the leaderboard in round two as play continues tomorrow morning at 8:30am MST.
