ATLANTA, Georgia – The Women's team is heading to McAuley Aquatic Center to compete in the NCAA Women's Championships. Eight athletes qualified in their respective individual and relay events.
Eleni Gewalt will be competing in the 100 and 200 Breaststroke events. Gewalt had two personal-best times at this year's Big 12 Championships (58.56 in the 100 BR and 2:10.08 in the 200 BR). She is coming into NCAAs strong, earning silver in the 100 BR at Big 12s and bronze in the 200 BR.
Riley Botton will be competing in the 50 and 100 Free events. Botton had a personal best time during the Big 12 Championships 50 Prelims (21.90). She earned a bronze medal in both events at the Big 12 Championships.
Kayman Neal is heading to the NCAA Championships ready to compete in the 200 Back and 200 Free. Neal set two personal bests at the Big 12 Championships, in both events (1:45.33 in the 200 Free and 1:52.44 in the 200 Back). Neal earned a championship title in the 200 Back and silver in the 200 Free.
Zara Ayazi will be competing in all three individual diving events at the NCAA Championships. Ayazi proved herself at the NCAA Diving Zones, earning silver in the 3-meter event, which helped her qualify for the other two events. Ayazi placed fourth in platform finals and seventh in 1-meter finals.

Maryam Sheikhalizadehkhanghah will also be competing in the women's relays at the NCAA Championships. The 200 free relay has proven to be a strong event for the cats since the beginning of the season.
