Wildcats Finish Seventh at Golfweek Red Sky Classic Behind Charlotte Back’s Bogey-Free 66

WOLCOTT, Colo. - The University of Arizona women's golf team wrapped up play at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, finishing seventh in a competitive 20-team field with a three-round total of 20-under par (844).
The Wildcats were led by senior Charlotte Back, who delivered a carded bogey-free 66 (-6) in the final round to surge up the leaderboard into a tie for fifth place individually at 11-under par for the tournament.
Freshman Nagore Martinez recorded a steady final round of even-par 72 to tie for 19th place at 6-under par overall.
Olivia Hung joined Martinez at even-par 72, finishing with a tie for 26th at 4-under par for the week.
Round three also saw solid contributions from Antonia Steiner, who signed for a 1-under 71 to tie for 64th (+4).
Sophmore Sara Vitasek rounded out the Wildcats' rotation in Colorado, tying for 83rd overall.
The Wildcats return to action Oct. 5 - 6 when they head to Glencoe, Ill., to compete in the Windy City Classic.
