As a junior: Finished the year with a 24-6 record, impressively winning their first 17 matches. Had an 8-3 record against top ten teams including No. 3 UCLA, No. 5 Pepperdine, No. 7 Georgia State, No. 9 Long Beach State and No. 10 LSU.
She was named to the Pac-12 All-Conference First Team and was an honorable mention for the Pac-12 All-Academic team... McKenna was also named 2016 AVCA All-American
In the offseason, she received a silver medal at the FISU World University Championships, winning matches against players from Norway, Lithuania, Poland, Japan and Spain.
Witt also went to the first ever NCAA Beach Volleyball Championships in Alabama, as the Wildcats slated in as the #6 seed, and won in the first round against Georgia State before losing to Hawaii in the second round.
As a Sophomore: Put together a 27-6 record with sister Madison Witt against TCU, LSU, Tulane, Cal Poly, Arizona State, Irvine Valley College, Concordia, Boise State, Nebraska, Cal State Northridge, New Mexico, Cal State University Bakersfield, UCLA, CAL, University of Southern California, Oregon, Louisana Monroe, and UAB. Made history by participating in the AVCA Collegiate Sand Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala. McKenna, along with her sister, was selected for the 2015 USA Volleyball Beach High Performance Elite 10 for the Under-21 age group. Were on the inaugural AVCA ALL-AMERICAN TEAM. Were also runner ups in PAC-12 Pairs Tournament
Defeated Sophie Bukovec/Alexa Strange of No.1 USC on April 19, 2015 (W, 21-18, 22- 20).
Placed Second in the Cal Poly Pairs Tournament on March 14-15, 2015.
As a Freshman: Recorded a 13-15 record in her first year with the program with wins against Arizona Christian, Arizona State, Tulane, Hawaii, Nebraska, Bakersfield, Irvine Valley College, Cal Poly and Boise State.
Prep: Helped lead Mountain Ridge High School to a third place finish at the state championship in back to back years…Was first-team all-section, all-state, defensive player of the year, all-division second team and to the all-section second team…Was the team leader in blocks on both her club and school teams.
