Devlin earned victories against multiple ranked programs including No. 1 USC, No. 6 LSU, No. 7 LBSU, and No. 13 TCU
As a sophomore (2016): Devlin posted an impressive 20-5 record in her sophomore year. She competed on the #5 team for the Wildcats with parter Mackenzie Kleespies... Throughout the year, she defeated Colorado Mesa, TCU, LMU, Concordia, UCLA, CSUB, New Mexico, CSUN, Pepperdine, Spring Hill, Georgia State, LSU, Arizona State, Stanford, Washington and USC... Hailey also garnered second-team honors on the Pac-12 All-Academic Team... Also helped the team in competing in the first ever NCAA Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala.
As a freshman (2015): Recorded a 20-6 record in her first year with the program with wins against Arizona State, Cal Poly, Concordia, CSUB, CSUN, TCU, Tulane, LSU, New Mexico, Oregon, Nebraska, Bakersfield, Irvine Valley College, Cal Poly and Boise State.
High School: A varsity letter-winner at Scripps Ranch High School in San Diego, California … Team captain and played All-Conference and All-CIF1st team her senior year … Played on All-San Diego Section senior year … Was on the All-Tournament Team for the Redondo Power Classic and Scripps Ranch Tournament … Her junior year played the Thriller Fest Anaheim … Team won the Western League and finished with the best record in school history her senior year … Played for the USA Junior National Beach Team.
