2017-18: Had the third-fastest time on the team in the 1,000 free with 9:19.47…Earned an NCAA B cut in the 500 free with 4:22.54 at the Pac-12 Championships…Had the fourth-fastest team time in the 1,650 free with 15:08.08 (NCAA B cut)…Placed in the top-five every try in the 500 free, including two runner-up finishes…

2016-17: Placed eighth in the 1,650y freestyle at the Pac-12 Championships with a time of 15:20.07, the second-fastest time on the team … Did not finish worse than fifth in six dual meets in the 1,000y freestyle, including a win vs. Hawaii (9:43.37) … Finished fourth vs. ASU in the 1,000y freestyle with a time of 9:19.31, the second-fastest 1,000y freestyle time on the team … At the Pac-12 Championships, finished eighth in the 1,650y freestyle (15:20.07), 14th in the 500y freestyle (4:24.75) and 21st in the 400y IM (3:59.20).

High School: A letterwinner in swimming at Servite High School…Voted team MVP all four years…Won the 500 free at the Trinity League Competition senior year…Finished third at California State Championships in the 500 free…Holds the school record in the 500 free and 4x100 free relay…Named Scholastic All-American and landed on the honor roll in high school.

Personal: Born Jerad Nicholas Kaskawal in March of 1996 in La Habra, California to Richard and Kristene Kawskawal…Has one older brother, Brandon…Planned major in Engineering…Likes to hang out with friends, sleep, hike and boat in his free time…Chose Arizona over USC after attending Fullerton Junior College for a year.
