Two-time All-American...2010 Pan Pacific Games Qualifier for Canada...One of six Canadian swimmers to compete for Arizona in recent years.

2011-12: Posted All-American honors with her runner-up finish on the 200 medley relay at the NCAA Championships...Earned NCAA "B" cuts in the 100 breast, the 200 breast and the 200 IM at the Texas Invite.

2010-11: Qualified for the NCAA Championships for the first time in her sophomore season...Earned Honorable Mention All-American status in the 200 breaststroke with a 15th place finish time of 2:11.45...Also competed in the 100 breaststroke (20th) and 200 I.M. (33rd) for the Wildcats at NCAA's...Named to the Pac-10's All-Academic First Team with a 4.00 GPA studying Speech and Hearing Science...Set new personal bests in short course yards in all three of her events.

2009-10: Freshman season at Arizona...Recorded Arizona's third-fastest 200 breaststroke time of the season in 2:13.63 at the Pac-10 Championships in Long Beach...Ranked fourth on the team in the 100 breaststroke at 1:01.60.

International: Swam for Canada at the 2010 Pan Pacific Games in Irvine, Calif. with current UA teammate Lindsay Seemann...Competed in the 50, 100 and 200 breaststroke events

Personal: Daughter of Matt and Ronda Sallid...Has one sister...Her dad ran track and was a cyclist, mom and sister swam at UBC.

Major: Speech, Language and Health Sciences, Minor in Special Education

Career Ambition: Speech language pathology, mix between science and social/psychological aspects

Why Arizona: I came to Arizona because they have an amazing swim program and a nice campus. This season, I want to be able to qualify for NCAA's and earn points for the team.
