JUNIOR (2016-17)
Went 7-8 overall, including a 5-7 mark in dual play... Went 5-4 from the No. 3 spot... Partnered with Camila Wesbrooks in doubles, going 8-6 overall and 4-2 from the No. 2 spot... Named a Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
SOPHOMORE (2015-16)
Tied for second in overall wins on the team with a 14-8 record, including a 14-7 mark in dual play… Played from the No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6 spots, going 4-4, 5-2, 4-1, and 1-0 respectively… Went 3-6 in the Pac-12… Paired up with Camila Wesbrooks at the No. 3 doubles position, posting an overall record of 8-4 and a 2-2 mark in the conference… Named a Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.
FRESHMAN (2014-15)
Posted a 17-13 overall record to close out the 2014-15 season while going 13-7 in dual play including recording a 3-7 conference mark… her 17 overall victories are tied for third best on the team while her 13 dual match victories were the third best for Arizona… Played at the No.4, No.5 and No.6 positions in the spring and tallied a 4-7, 4-0 and 5-0 record respectively… in doubles play, she totaled a 10-12 overall mark, while going 10-6 in doubles dual play and 10-8 with doubles partner Laura Oldham…the duo went 10-6 from the No. 3 spot in the spring, while it knocked off three consecutive tandems from March 19 to March 27… The ten wins in doubles was second best for the Wildcats in the spring… In dual singles play, Devin won 12 straight matches from Jan. 24- March 13, with 10 of them being straight-set victories.
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Bill Crothers Secondary School in June of 2014… Won the U18 National Selection in 2012… Won the U18 Provincial Doubles in 2012… Finished in the top 6 in the Canadian Junior U18 in 2014… Finished with a career high 399 at the ITF Junior U18 in 2014
Personal: Was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada… Daughter of Rodney and Joan Chypyha… Has one sister named Lauren.
Biggest influence on her tennis career: Her father Rodney because he has sacrificed so much time for her and has always been there for her as a coach and a father.
Spends free time: Swimming, reading and playing golf.

Why she chose Arizona: “I know that at Arizona I can reach my potential and really improve as an athlete and student. I also fell in love with Tucson and the campus. It really felt like the right place for me.”
On Coach Maes: “On the court she will push you to your limits and get you out of your comfort zone. She is also there off the court if you need someone to talk to.”
