IRVINE, Calif.- Sophomore Lindsay Blau and junior Michelle Gough outlasted Arizona State's duo of Allison Bradshaw and Mahairi Brown, 9-8, to capture the ITA Region 8 doubles title Monday at the UCI Tennis Stadium.

With the win, Arizona's duo qualified for the 2000 Rolex National Intercollegiate Indoor Championships in Dallas, Feb. 3-5.

The Wildcats wrapped up their fall season with the conclusion of last weekend's tournament. Arizona will open up its spring season at the Pac-10 Indoor Championships, Jan. 7-9, in Seattle.
