Tucson, Ariz. - The UA Athletics Department will not hold an official Regional Game Return
on campus this Saturday, March 29 when the Arizona Basketball Team returns
from Anaheim. The basketball team is on a charter flight and no official
flight plan or itinerary has been filed. The team is not expected to arrive
until after midnight. A late night celebration would seriously hamper its
preparation for their school schedule.
For the safety of the team and because of airport construction hazards, fans
are discouraged from greeting the travel party at the Tucson Airport.
Please help the team by allowing them to resume normal activities this week.
