Junior center Shawntinice Polk: “It was a little different out there. I was really frustrated with myself because I didn’t do very much to help the team tonight. But I will go back and look at tape and fix my mistakes.”

Senior point guard Dee-Dee Wheeler: “It felt great to be out there. I’m tired of practicing against each other. I want to get out there against other competition.”

“I’m just trying to be more vocal. I relish being the leader. I’ve been in that role since coming the Arizona. I need to be more vocal though. I lead more by example than anything.”
