PALO ALTO, Calif.- The seventh-ranked Stanford Cardinal downed the Arizona baseball team 8-2 at Sunken Diamond Sunday afternoon. The loss drops the Cats to 30-23 overall and 9-12 in the Pac-10.

The Wildcats will meet up with Washington for their final series of the regular season next Friday-Sunday at Sancet Field.
