Overview

The book student-athletes, coaches, parents and teachers have been waiting for!

We have interviewed hundreds of student-athletes  in the 5 areas of CHAMPS/Life Skills: Academics, Athletics, Personal Development (including Health and Wellness, Leadership and Character and Essential Life Skills), Career Development and Service. The book covers a wide range of topics. The assessment section at the end of the chapters has specific questions with regard to that area and a "Game Plan" section. P-Factor-Analysis  looks at 7 "P"s with regard to specific success in Life Skills. The foreword is by Dr.Cedric Dempsey, former NCAA President. This book combines the foundation of success with the practical applications and shared experiences of student-athletes to provide an opportunity for a personalized approach.
