The University of Arizona's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics encourages all of its staff and student-athletes to participate fully in the lawful expression of their beliefs. The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics may elect to participate in a variety of commercial sponsorships for the purposes of providing high performance athletic uniforms and equipment while meeting the financial obligations of the department. In establishing such sponsorships ICA will exercise due diligence to insure that the policies of the University are reinforced. ICA will not presume that staff and student-athletes support or endorse selected sponsors.
