“We are aware of the situation.  The University of Arizona takes matters like this very seriously, and we are dealing with it in an appropriate manner,” said director of athletics Jim Livengood.

The university cannot speak to disciplinary issues due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.  Therefore there will be no further comment on this matter.
