            Former Heisman Trophy runner-up to pursue another coaching opportunity

TUCSON, Ariz. ?- University of Arizona head football coach Mike Stoops announced Thursday that assistant coach Josh Heupel left the staff to pursue another opportunity at the University of Oklahoma.

Huepel, the 2000 Heisman Trophy runner-up while a quarterback at Oklahoma, joined the Arizona coaching staff in January 2005 and served as the tight ends coach.  He returns to his alma mater to coach the quarterbacks.
