Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Trademarks and Licensing is to insure the proper use of those trademarks, service marks, logos, and insignias that have come to be associated with The University of Arizona and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) while generating unrestricted income to support the operational goals of ICA. Revenues generated through this department are used to support and enhance the quality of life for student athletes, faculty, staff and students across the campus.

Trademarks and Licensing will strive to create a positive working relationship between the University and manufacturers of "Officially Licensed" products to insure that merchandise bearing our trademarks protects the image of the University and fulfills the needs of the consumer. Trademarks & Licensing will work to insure fair business practices through educational, enforcement, and promotional efforts.
