Twice equaled a season low with back-to-back 72s to close the Wyoming Cowboy Classic with a seven-over 217 and a tie for 49th place, April 10-11 ... Tied for 61st place at the National Invitational Tournament, March 26-28, with an eight-over 224 ... Earned his best finish of the season, a tie for 15th place, at the Anteater Invitational, Feb. 27-28, with an eight-over 148 tally ... Sophomore (2004-05):  Led the team with a 71.67 stroke average, but played in only two events ... Four of his six rounds played were at par or better ... Posted a career best tie for fourth place April 12 at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic with a 70-70-69=209 (-1) ... The final-round 69 and the one-under tournament totals were career lows ... Made his 2004-05 debut as an individual at the National Invitational Tournament, March 27-29, and finished in 59th place after a 72-73-73=221 (+5) total.

Redshirt Freshman (2003-04):  Averaged 76.00 strokes over nine rounds played (three events) ... Possted one round at par or better ... Finished in a tie for 71st place at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic on April 13 with a 15-over 225 total ... Tied for 67th place (a season best) at the PING-Arizona Intercollegiate with a 14-over 227 that included a second-round 71, his season low ... Posted a 77.30 stroke average in fall competition ... Participated in one fall event ... Shot a 19-over-par 232 to finish 69th at the Del Walker Intercollegiate on Nov. 7.

Freshman (2002-03):  Sat out the 2002-03 campaign as a redshirt ... One of five highly-accomplished players to join the Wildcat roster in 2002-03.

High School:  Ranked in the top 50 nationally and was the top junior golfer in the state of Arizona ... A four-year letterman for coach Tony Ramseyer, Carter was a four-year all-region pick and earned Player-of-the-Year honors in 2000 and 2001 ... Averaged par or better as a sophomore and junior and set new school scoring record (35.9) ... Cater earned all-state honors in 2000 and 2001 and garnered  all-Central Region accolades from 1998-2001 ... Won the Arizona state tournament and finished fourth in the Central Regional in 2001 ...
