TUCSON , Ariz. (AP) ?C ?No. 7 Stanford relies on guard Candice Wiggins, who scored 19 points in an 89-64 victory over Arizona, but the Cardinal is finding success in the paint as well with Kayla Pedersen scoring 22.

Stanford (15-3, 5-2) won its 10th straight against Arizona as the Wildcats suffered their 22nd consecutive loss to a ranked team.

ˇ?They are a very good team. They do a great job of executing and pretty much picked us apart,ˇ± Arizona coach Joan Bonvicini said.

The Cardinal relied on post players Jayne Appel, Morgan Clyburn and Pedersen as they combined for 48 points. Appel and Clyburn had 16 and 10, respectively.

Pedersen tied her season-high with 22, with 14 coming in the first half.
