Arizona Athletics is excited to announce that its official athletics website, www.arizonaathletics.com , has undergone a complete makeover. This all-new arizonaathletics.com will provide Wildcat fans in-depth coverage and interactive content of Arizona sports.
The University of Arizona, in conjunction with its multimedia rights partner, IMG College, has signed on to become the latest partner in CBS College Sports' industry leading digital network. The partnership will allow Wildcat fans to have quick and convenient access to information and other unique content, whenever they want it, whether they are in Tucson or anyplace else.
"The launch of our new Web site design is exciting for everyone associated with Arizona Athletics, particularly our great Wildcat fans," says Director of Athletics Jim Livengood. "Our official athletics website is an excellent source of information, and the new design will provide fans the opportunity to follow their Wildcat teams closer than ever."
Comcast All Access
The cutting-edge site will offer a seamless internet experience for fans, including Comcast All-Access, an interactive broadband channel dedicated to live and on-demand Wildcat sports and other athletics programming. Comcast All-Access, a subscription service, will feature exclusive live and on-demand audio and video content of games, special events, game highlights, press conferences, coaches' shows, behind-the-scenes features, archived games and much more.
New Technologies
CBS College Sports will launch a custom Web site with a variety of online features including photo galleries and CBS College Sports' exclusive GameTrackerTM technology, which allows fans to follow live simulated game action, details and full play-by-play of their favorite Wildcats sports. ArizonaAthletics.com will also receive CBS College Sports' industry-leading online and new media solutions, including access to distribution platforms such as iTunes podcasting and New Tier's desktop communicator.
