TUCSON--University of Arizona athletics director Greg Byrne thinks Fridays are fine -- as long as he and everyone around him is wearing the "colors."

UA staff know the drill. You don't wear a shirt that represents some NFL squad. You can't sport a cap that's MLB-issue. Wildcat Fridays are for UA colors. For that matter, every day is for showing the pride.

The crowd out there appears to get it, too.
