FRESHMAN (2000-01): At the 2001 Pac-10 Championships, placed seventh in the 1650 free when he touched the wall at 15:25.09... The time made him Arizona's second fastest miler for the 2000-01 season... Placed third at Pac-10's in the consolation finals, 11th overall, of the 500 free with his fastest time of the season at 4:26.24... In the consolation finals for the 400 IM at Pac-10s, he placed seventh, 15th overall, with the time of 4:00.64... Swam his personal best during preliminaries at Pac-10s for the 400 IM at 3:59.46... Recipient of the University of Arizona Mary Roby Academic Achievement Award.
