Highlands Ranch High School, Durango, Colo.: Earned five varsity letters in high school, four in track and one in softball... Named team captain for one year... Won the 400 meters at the Continental League Championships and the Region 3 Championships... Placed sixth in the 400 meters, seventh in the 200 meters and fourth in the 4x400m relay at the 5A state championships... Won the Newcomer of the Year award... Posted top times of 12.06 seconds in the 100 meters, 25.4 seconds in the 200 meters and 57.8 seconds in the 400 meters... Member of the Region 3 and Continental championship team.
