East Meadow High School, East Meadow, New York: Earned 12 varsity letters (11 track and field and 1 field hockey), Three All-State Titles, and One State Champion Relay Title during her time at East Meadow...Her high school won six Division Championships and two County Championships while she was a member of the Track and Field team...The school also won the first Field Hockey County Championship in the history of the school while she was a member of the team...Graziano received the All-County Athlete award numerous times for Track and Field and once for Field Hockey and was captain of her varsity Track and Field and Field Hockey teams since her sophomore year and senior year, respectively...Graziano also received the Scholar Athlete Award and was on the Honor/Scholastic Roll throughout her high school career...
