2003 (Redshirt Senior): Legarra’s versatility gives the Wildcats scoring potential in three throwing events as he is half – with sophomore Sean Shields – of a formidable throwing tandem… Has finished his indoor eligibility, but will throw for Arizona during the outdoor season… 2002 (Redshirt Junior/Senior): Finished third with a season-best hammer throw (197-8/60.24m) at the Pacific-10 Conference Championships… The throw was a career best and ranks sixth-best on the school’s all-time charts… Placed sixth in the discus and eighth in the shot put at the conference meet… Had a season-best discus toss of 181-5 (55.30m) at the ASU-NAU-UA meet in Tucson… Placed third in the University & College Discus at the Drake Relays with a throw of 174-10 (53.30m)… Threw the shot 60-5 ľ (18.43m) indoors at the Air Force Invitational, a personal-best… Had an outdoor best of 57-9 ľ (17.62m) at the ASU-NAU-UA dual meet, the ninth-best toss in school history. 2001 (Junior): Tossed a Pac-10 qualifying mark of 57-11 ľi at the Flagstaff Invitational… Did not compete during the outdoor season, saving a year of eligibility. 2000 (Sophomore): Reached the NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the discus... Tossed a career-best of 188-10 (57.56m) at the UC-San Diego Open in March, the sixth-best mark in school history... Also had the team’s best marks in the hammer throw (184-8/56.28m) and shot (56-10/17.32m)... Placed seventh in the shot at the Pac-10 Championships with a mark of 56-1 (17.09m), and was eighth in the discus (174-6/53.18m) and 10th in the hammer (171-5/52.24m)... 1999 (Freshman): Had the Wildcats’ top marks in the hammer, discus and shot... Finished 11th in the discus and shot and 12th in the hammer at the Pac-10 Championships...
