2004 (Senior): Anderson returns for one final season with the Wildcats... Expected to lead the cross country team back to the national meet... 2003 (Junior): Had an outstanding year in both cross country and track... Led the UA cross country team in every meet... Placed 14th at the Pac-10 Championships and 26th at the NCAA West Regional... Qualified for both the Pac-10 Championships and NCAA West Regional in the 3,000 meter steeplechase... Had a season's best time of 9:04.85... Earned acknowledgements for his academic work by the Pac-10, Mountain-Pacific Sports Federation and was named to the Verizona Cross Country Academic All-America team by CoSIDA... 2002 (Sophomore): Finished the season with the team's second-best 5,000m time of 14:34.01i and the team's top time in the 3,000m steeplechase (8:58.06)... Finished 10th at the Pac-10 Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:18.54... 2001 (Freshman): During the 2001 cross country season was a member of the Pac-10 Cross Country All-Academic first team... Top finisher for the Wildcats at the Murray Keatinge Invitational (sixth, 24:30.6)... Finished third for the team at the NCAA Championships with a time of 31:18... Other top finishes include 14th (25:03.7) at the Pac-10 Championships, 46th (32:46.2) at the NCAA West Regional, and 38th (25:15) at the Pre-NCAA Invitational... Did not compete during the 2000 cross country season, saving a redshirt year, but was a nice addition to the 2001 track and field team... Competed at the Pac-10 Track and Field Championships in Berkeley, Calif., finishing 10th in the steeple, running 9:10.45.
